Did you know that actor Kristy Swanson - the original "Buffy" in Buffy the Vampire Slayer - has her own golf apparel brand? Somewhere, Charles Barkley is saying, "thank you, Tyreke!" As in Tyreke Evans of the NBA, who might now have the worst celebrity golf swing: I'm suspicious. How can someone so athletic look so pathetic? Is this just a put-on? Surely he - or anyone - could do better than that. Right? Yes? No? Yao, as in " yow ! that guy's bad at golf!" Yao Ming recently played during the Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am in his native China. And it was ugly. This highlight reel includes another look at Yao, slicing a chip shot, clanging it off some rocks and into a bunker: In other words: Yao Ming is bad! Very very bad at golf! But you know what else? It takes guts to get out there in public - not just in public, but on TV - and make a fool of yourself like this. So kudos to Yao Ming. You keep hacking, big man.

Every year the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am includes celebrities in the PGA Tour event, and every year the most popular celebrity is, by far, Bill Murray. And Murray has a lot of fun, and gets a lot of laughs (and along the way plays some pretty good golf). The fans love him, the PGA Tour pros appear to love him, the television network cameras certainly love him. James Garner hates him. Rather, Garner hates Murray's often-silly, attention-grabbing antics during the tournament. You know Garner, right?
