The Perfect Shot?

You ever notice how many golf jokes involve the death of, the killing of, or the injury of a golfer's wife?

A golfer is standing over his tee shot on the first hole for what seems like an eternity. Looking up, looking down, checking the yardage, the wind direction and speed. In general, driving his partner crazy.

Finally the partner says, "What the heck is taking so long? Hit the damn ball!"

The golfer replies, "But my wife is up there watching me from the clubhouse. So I want to make the the perfect shot."

His partner ponders this for a moment, and then replies:

"Forget it man, you don't stand a chance of hitting her from here!"
